Man Utd Eye Crystal Palace Star Eze; Rashford-Watkins Swap Deal in the Works

Manchester United Eye Eberechi Eze as Ruben Amorim Targets Midfield Reinforcement

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze, according to The Sun. The 26-year-old, who has a year left on his current deal with an option for a further year, is valued at around £50 million. However, United are not alone in the race, with Aston Villa also monitoring Eze closely—particularly if they fail to retain Marcus Rashford.

Meanwhile, The Daily Star reports that United are weighing up a potential swap deal that could involve Rashford heading to Aston Villa in exchange for striker Ollie Watkins. United previously placed a £40 million valuation on Rashford, but they may now consider using the England forward as part of a package to secure Watkins, who is also attracting attention from Arsenal.
