Tragedy at Rafah Aid Distribution Point |
On June 1st, at least 31 Palestinians were killed and over 150 injured when Israeli forces allegedly opened fire near an aid distribution site operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) in Rafah, southern Gaza.
Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred around 4:30 AM as people were lining up to receive food.
Israel denied responsibility and announced an internal investigation.
